A record you can trust

The numbers stay current. The history stays put.

Rates are snapshotted

Changing a rate-book default never alters past work. Every entry keeps the rate it was logged at.

Issued bills stay locked

Once a bill is issued it stops recalculating. Your billing history doesn't quietly shift under you.

Balances are derived

Every money figure is computed from the underlying work, bills, payments and discounts — not typed in by hand.

Mistakes are recoverable

Normal deletion goes through Trash, and changes are kept in an audit trail, so a slip is easy to undo.
