Terms of Service

Last updated · 25 June 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and Siteall (“Siteall”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Siteall website and application. By creating an account or using Siteall, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. This is a plain-language summary of our terms; for a launch with payments, have them reviewed by your legal counsel.
01

What Siteall is

Siteall is a tool that helps building contractors keep one private record of their sites — the work done, the money owed and received, the bills raised, and the suppliers paid. It derives balances from the entries you make and lets you share a limited, read-only window with your clients.

Siteall is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It is not an accountant, a tax or GST filing service, a lawyer, or a bank, and nothing in it is professional financial, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance, filings and the accuracy of your records.

02

Accounts and access

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to use Siteall.
  • Accounts are created and secured using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your OTP can reach your account.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including work logged by any supervisor or team member you grant access to.
  • You agree to give accurate information and to keep it current.
03

Your data is yours

The records you enter — your sites, work entries, bills, payments, client and vendor details — belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, back up and display that content for the sole purpose of operating Siteall for you (for example, calculating balances or rendering the client window you choose to share). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to store any personal information about your clients, vendors or staff that you add.

04

The client window and shared links

Siteall lets you share a read-only link with a client showing their progress and their own paid / pending balance. You decide when to share it and with whom.

  • Anyone with the link can view the limited information it exposes, without logging in — treat the link as you would any sensitive message.
  • The shared view never exposes your costs, margins, vendor payments, or your other clients.
  • You are responsible for sharing links lawfully and for the personal data of the recipients you choose.
05

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Siteall for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • upload content that is illegal, or that you have no right to store;
  • attempt to access another user's account or data, or to defeat the security controls that keep each account private;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or resell it without our written permission.
06

Plans, billing and payments

  • Your first site is free, with no card required.
  • Paid plans (for additional sites) are billed in advance at the prices shown when you subscribe. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • When online payments are enabled, they are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card or bank details — they are handled by the processor under its own terms.
  • Paid plans renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable; any refund or credit policy in force at the time of purchase will apply.
  • We will give reasonable notice of any change to prices; changes take effect at your next renewal.
07

Availability, backups and changes

We work hard to keep Siteall available and to maintain managed daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Even so, the service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We recommend you keep your own copies of anything critical.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we plan to discontinue a material feature you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.

08

Our intellectual property

Siteall, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Siteall while your account is active — nothing more.

09

Termination

You can stop using Siteall and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would create risk for the service or other users.

On termination, your right to use Siteall ends. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy and our backup cycle.

10

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siteall is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Siteall in that period (or, if you are on the free plan, ₹[amount]). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by message. Continuing to use Siteall after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12
